Orders & Shipping:

When Will I Receive My Order?

The majority of items will be dispatched from our studio within 3-5 business days.

 Please allow 1-4 weeks for production for made-to-order & pre-order items unless otherwise stated.

Once your pieces are completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

Depending on your chosen shipping method, you can expect to receive your new bywolfgang items within 3-9 business days after shipment.

For those in need of faster delivery, we offer overnight and other expedited shipping options. Please use the contact form below to reach out to our team for assistance with expedited shipping arrangements.

Do you Ship Internationally?

We’re working behind the scenes to get international shipping up and running to as many countries as possible! If you don’t see the option you need at check out please use the contact form below to get in touch! We’ll do our best to get your pieces to you.

Do you accept Returns?

Made-to-order Items: Due to the nature of made-to-order production, we are unable to accept returns for pre-order or made-to-order items. However, if you receive a defective item or are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our team using the contact form below.

Regular Stock Items: We accept returns for store credit for regular stock items that are in their unworn, original condition and packaging. If you wish to return a regular stock item, please ensure it meets these criteria before initiating the return process. Please note that the buyer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Store credit will be issued within 14 days of completed return.
